Subject: [PATCH 2/4] Allow esModuleInterop

Allow default imports from modules with no default export. This does not affect code emit, just typechecking.
Enables emit interoperability between CommonJS and ES Modules via creation of namespace objects for all imports.

Subject: [PATCH 3/4] Update to Standard React Native Template import

react-native default template uses import React from 'react' and this is now supported the the allowSyntheticDefaultImports enabled.
