The floating tooltip covered the plot on a phone; charts now have toggle chips and a readout row above a plain SVG plot scrubbed by touch, with CWU, Bufor CO, Do pompy and Wyjscie pompy instead of indoor and outdoor.

Replace the floating recharts tooltip, which covered the plot on a phone, with
toggle chips and a readout row above a plain SVG chart that scrubs by touch.
The four series are CWU, Bufor CO, Do pompy and Wyjście pompy; indoor and
outdoor temperature are dropped from the charts.
