M4 safety review fixes (write path still off): restore file fsynced before/after the atomic move; strict JSON with CorruptRestoreFileException and .bad quarantine; /commands body ≤ 1 KB and JSON only; X-Requested-By validated and line breaks kept out of line protocol; 429 cool-down after 5 failed tokens per minute. 🤖 Generated with Claude Code
