Depends on PR #74 (feat/away-until-date): merge it first. Fixes the stale value shown for up to 5 minutes after a write (gateway shows the read-back value when newer than the poll) and adds restore now: gateway POST /commands/restore, backend POST /api/setpoints/{name}/restore, button Przywróć teraz in Ustawienia.

feat(gateway): show the verified value and restore a setpoint on request 7e50d1203b 
GET /commands showed the last poll for up to 5 minutes after a write.
It now shows the value read back after our own write or restore when
that is newer than the poll. POST /commands/restore runs a pending
restore at once through the normal path (conflict check, read-back,
audit with the requester, rate limit).
