Merge to deployed faster: check.sh parts in parallel, CI job per part with caches, release images built in parallel with registry cache, release.sh polls the Gitea CI status instead of re-running checks.

chore(ci): run the part builds in parallel with dependency caches 4b26028d01 
check.sh takes optional targets (docs, gateway, backend, frontend) and builds the parts concurrently. CI runs one job per part with Maven and npm caches; Maven retries downloads.

chore(ci): one job again, caches cannot work on this runner

The actions cache server is unreachable from job containers (ETIMEDOUT after 4.5 min per cache step) and the runner takes one job at a time, so the split cost 30 minutes. check.sh runs the parts in parallel inside the job.
