AuthGate asks api/auth/me before the app starts; without a session the
login screen shows instead of the app and its pollers. The form is always
the way in when Keycloak is down. A 401 from any poller or write sends the
user back to login and, after it, to the same screen. Stan and the side
panel show the user and "Wyloguj".

Method "none" is signed in without Account or logout; a login screen with
no enabled way in offers a reload; unknown oidc error codes (__proto__)
no longer crash the page; a 404 from login says local login is off.

feat(frontend): first-account setup screen and Konta card in Ustawienia 73bbb1a0d7 
With config.setup the login form becomes "Utwórz pierwsze konto" (a 409
falls back to login). Ustawienia gets accounts: list, add, change own
password (local only), delete with confirmation, not the last one.
