Wyjazd had only a return date; the user could not pick the comfort temperatures. POST /api/presets/{id} takes optional values per setpoint (checked against the gateway limits, lowering only for held presets) and the form gets a stepper per change.

feat(backend): let a preset take the user's own values 355dd76555 
POST /api/presets/{id} accepts optional values per setpoint of the preset,
checked against the gateway's limits before anything is sent, so Wyjazd
can use temperatures other than the defaults.

One stepper per preset change under Powrót, lowering only; a setpoint
already at its minimum disables the row and the confirmation. The steppers
of Nastawy and Wyjazd share one component.
