The weather card left holes and the same values appeared 3-4 times; the overview now shows each value once, with warnings first and device rows on a phone.

feat(ui): rearrange the overview around four key figures

Warnings first as one-line collapsible banners, then CWU, home, outdoor and
power once; schematic with device rows, weather as rows and one temperature
details card. The side panel icon follows today's forecast. Identical IMGW
warnings show once.
